Designed to connect your inner and outer landscapes, large-scale sliding doors and balconies merge nature’s energy and sounds through all levels. We design to reduce distraction, so that you can enjoy presence and feel grounded by the simplicity of masterfully crafted details. Rowan is an expansive vision for the activation of your enriched community. Your reprieve from the city, within the city.
Cultivation
Together we are reimagining an integrated inner and outer landscape, to support us in reconnecting with nature, self and community for our collective wellbeing. We cultivate the ecosystem and the community, together, tending to the land for the betterment of the natural area and its future co-habitants—its community of residents and its flora and fauna.
Connection
Through methods centred in restorative urbanism, Rowan blurs the line of nature and built environment to reconnect the two. We’re building a symbiotic relationship with nature and our communities, by building spaces for them to grow.
We help to integrate deeper and meaningful connections into our lived spaces—through support and community for its inhabitants, and access and connection to nature.
Artistry of Nature

Inspired by the neighbouring forest environment, we looked towards the more sustainable material of wood to build the framework of your future home in Rowan.
By bringing nature into communion with the indoors, we can uplift the ecology and our mental states.
The untouched natural intelligence of Earth inspires our built environments, celebrating the inherent beauty found in local materials.
