Considered Craftsmanship
A considered and holistic approach to the living experience through craftsmanship, natural materiality, ambient lighting, and human centred spatial design. Kitchens showcase Italian-made cabinetry, sleek porcelain surfaces, and integrated appliances. Wide-plank engineered hardwood flooring extends throughout, paired with Italian-made wardrobes and refined millwork across entry and media areas. Bathrooms feature porcelain tile walls, heated floors, floating toilets and floating vanities, complemented by finely detailed fixtures to create a space of enduring comfort and relaxation.

Ecology
Rejuvenate your senses as you walk along the elevated pathway connecting our neighbouring park to our winding creek. Relax to the gentle flow of water and the songs of local birds who find shelter in the indigenous plantings. Your mind will find ease in knowing that great care has been taken in the preservation of the wetlands and in maintaining the natural ecosystems. The reconfiguration design of Rowan’s creek was the result of meticulous attention to detail from ecological engineers who reimagined deeper pools lined with local rock types and an organic curving formation to accurately control water flow.
Livingspace Collaboration
We are proud to collaborate with Livingspace on Rowan’s interiors. Since it was founded in 1988 by Ross Bonetti, Livingspace has evolved into an internationally recognized design hub supplying luxury European furniture, kitchens, closets and baths for the modern home. Livingspace was inspired by a profound appreciation for modern living. Through direct collaboration with clients and industry professionals, Livingspace’s in-house team of Interior and Kitchen Designers provide comprehensive design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
